Description
Grease traps (Grease separators)evess® JUThey are used as primary wastewater treatment. When using a grease trap, the separation of grease and waste water protects the pipes and the sewerage system as a whole, in addition, it prevents harmful substances from entering the environment.
Grease traps are used for wastewater treatment in food production, public catering enterprises (cafes, restaurants), and grocery stores.
Construction
Grease trapsevess® JUThe principle of operation is based on sedimentation, in which suspended solids from wastewater under the influence of gravity settle to the bottom of the tank. Grease accumulates on the surface, forming a film, the thickness of which is controlled by a signaling sensor.
