All capacitive equipment complies  standardDVS 2205.

German standardDVS2205— is one of the few precise and legitimate standards in thermoplastic tank construction, which is recognized worldwide for calculating tanks of various designs.

The calculation of the design of galvanic and capacitive equipment was performed using a specialized programTANK DESIGNERaccording to standardDVS 2205.

For the production of galvanic equipment, evess uses various polymer and chemically resistant materials: polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), fiberglass, titanium, stainless steel and others.

The production of galvanic, capacitive, ventilation and other equipment is carried out by bending and welding polymer sheets on specialized equipment. For these purposes, materials from leading manufacturers are used:Rochling(Germany),SIMON(Germany),Early(Austria).

The process of creating a galvanic line consists of the following stages:

  1. Drawing up technical specifications

    At this stage, the most optimal solutions for implementing the tasks are selected. evess specialists have extensive experience in implementing projects of varying complexity and are ready to select the best solutions that will meet all the Customer's requirements.

  2. Development of technical documentation

    Highly qualified specialists (chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, control and inspection engineers, instrumentation and automation engineers, software engineers, etc.) are involved in the process of developing technical documentation. Technical documentation is agreed upon with the Customer.

  3. Equipment manufacturing

    At this stage, the galvanic line equipment is directly manufactured, which is produced on modern German equipment using advanced technologies. A multi-level quality control system is in effect during the manufacturing of galvanic line equipment.

  4. Assembly work

    As a rule, the galvanic line has impressive dimensions, so assembly is carried out directly at the installation site.

  5. Commissioning works

    During commissioning, all units and assemblies of the galvanic line are tested in accordance with the commissioning program. Upon completion of commissioning, the galvanic line is ready for operation.

  6. Acceptance and delivery works

    At the final stage, a comprehensive testing of the galvanic line is carried out according to the methodology developed by evess, with the presence of the Customer's personnel. Familiarization with the methods and skills of working with the equipment is carried out.

The production is equipped with American equipment.MVP(Magnum Venus Products) computer controlled, allowing both circular and cross winding of reservoirs. MVPis a world leader in the production of high-precision equipment for the manufacture of fiberglass products.

For our products we use high-quality polyester resins made in Germany.Synthopol Chemie, which guarantees the consumer the highest quality products according to European standards with a long service life.

Fiberglass, from which containers of the Evess brand are made®, has important advantages:

  • service life of more than 50 years, does not require operating costs
  • low thermal conductivity (0.75 W/m grC)
  • high strength (1700 MPa)
  • chemical and biological resistance
  • low specific gravity – 1.9 g/cm3
