Description

Sand separatorevess®is one of the most important elements of VOCs. It serves to protect storm sewers from clogging with sand and small debris.

Principle of operation of the sand separatorevess®It is based on gravity: the flow rate of the incoming wastewater is reduced to such a level that the suspended solids in it begin to settle at the bottom of the separator. Sand separators evess® ALONGhave a basket designed to hold leaves, branches and other large debris. Thus, the storm sewer is not clogged, which means that it does not require major cleaning work for a long time.
