Work done
According to the results of the electronic auction, IVESS was recognized as the winner of the project "Manufacture of galvanic baths for the repair of the galvanizing line".
The Customer's requirements for the design of galvanic baths were studied, the compositions of solutions that will be in the baths were studied. With the help of a specialized program, a strength calculation of the bathtub structure was performed. Design documentation for these baths was developed.
After agreeing on the design documentation with the Customer, galvanic baths were manufactured. Delivery to the Customer's address has been made.
Scope of work
- study of the terms of reference;
- strength calculation of galvanic baths;
- preparation of design documentation and its coordination with the customer;
- manufacture of galvanic baths;
- Delivery of equipment to the customer.
Result
In the course of the work done, the Customer received high-quality technological products that passed multi-level quality control.
