Manual galvanic lines

Description

This type of line is optimal in the absence of serial processing of parts, as well as for testing coating technologies (laboratory installations).

With this method of maintenance, the movement of parts from one bath to another is carried out by a person using manual labor, while observing safety measures.

Since manual handling of parts is limited by human capabilities for lifting loads, the one-time loading of the bath usually does not exceed 3-5 kg. Due to this factor, baths in the manual service line have small volumes, usually up to 1 m3.

Equipment

Depending on the Customer's requirements and coating technology, these lines can be equipped with the following equipment and systems:

  • a system for heating/cooling baths with automatic temperature maintenance;
  • filtration system;
  • rectifier units;
  • exhaust ventilation system;
  • a system for monitoring technological parameters (processing time, currents, amount of production, etc.);
  • dosing system;
  • other necessary systems.

Materials of manufacture

For the production of high-tech galvanic equipment, evess uses various polymer and chemically resistant materials: polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), titanium, stainless steel and others.

Manufacturing process

  1. Drawing up technical specifications

    At the first stage, the selection of optimal solutions for the implementation of the tasks is carried out. The specialists of the evess company have extensive experience in the implementation of projects of varying complexity, and are ready to select the optimal solutions agreed with the Customer.

  2. Development of technical documentation

    Highly qualified specialists (chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, control and inspection engineers, instrumentation and automation engineers, software engineers, etc.) are involved in the process of developing technical documentation. Technical documentation is agreed upon with the Customer.

  3. Equipment manufacturing

    At this stage, the production of galvanic line equipment is carried out directly, which is produced on modern equipment using advanced technologies. A multi-level quality control system is in effect during the production of galvanic line equipment.

  4. Assembly work

    As a rule, the galvanic line has impressive dimensions, so assembly is carried out directly on site. The galvanic line is designed in such a way that the work at this stage is minimal.

  5. Commissioning works (CW)

    During commissioning, all units and assemblies of the galvanic line are tested in accordance with the commissioning program. Upon completion of commissioning, the galvanic line is ready for operation.

  6. Acceptance and delivery works

    At the final stage, a comprehensive testing of the galvanic line is carried out according to the method developed by evess, with the presence of the Customer's personnel. Familiarization with the methods and skills of working with the equipment is carried out. This stage is the final one.
